The Victims:

Danny Lennon

Danny Lennon
Murdered 10th August 1980 by British Army

Danny was cut down by the British Army without warning. The facts surrounding his killing are still not known, we have never had an inquest and no soldier was ever brought to book for his murder. We are still fighting to get justice.

In Loving Memory
Your Brother Seán

Danny was 23 years of age, from Andersonstown, in West Belfast. He was shot dead by British soldiers as he drove a car along Finaghy Road North. The British soldiers were in an armoured vehicle when they spotted Mr Lennon. They immediately opened fire on the car, firing over 60 shots during a short chase.
