Their work involves one-to-one contact with individuals and families seeking assistance with health and wellbeing needs that arise from conflict-related trauma.
They can assist with applications to the Victims and Survivors Service, signposting to other services in RFJ, and interfacing with state agencies such as the Housing Executive or Social Services.
