Following this morning’s lovely walk and chats Mark T has asked our website team to promote our walking groups in Dungannon and Belfast. New walkers are very welcome in the New Year. Weather permitting it will be back in action the 3rd Saturday and Sunday of January.
The groups aim to build friendships and fitness gently. What’s more getting out for a gentle walk is proven to help with stress and mental health. So what’s stopping you? In 2013 we will be aiming to build up to walking in various beauty spots across the country this year.
