Works to include:
Glen Road Office
Replacement of staff bathrooms
Refurbishment of Complementary Therapy Rooms
Construction of staff offices
Installation of CCTV security system;
Installation of Door Entry System;
Electrical works including rearrangement of light sockets and electrical sockets
Brompton Park Office
Renovation of back yard area
Installation of fire alarms; carbon monoxide alarms; door entry system
Installation of office spaces and associated electrical works;
Sewerage treatment works
Tenders should include full estimated pricing inclusive of VAT and will be judged on price and availability to complete works by 31st March 2022
